We loop across a conveyor belt, being fed gadgets of rationalistic techno-determinism while the ultra bourgeois daydream of neocolononial elitist utopias in some endo or exo-planet.

The universe and cosmic events are not surrogates for plutocrat expansion or resources to be harvested.

Cosmic events are manifestations of the human condition both on the macroscopic and on the microscopic scale. The fact that the Andromeda Galaxy, our closest galactic neighbor, is approaching us by about 300 kilometers per second, and will merge with our own Milky Way, is a projected event so far ahead, that it becomes a form of poetic mythos for us, absolutely comparable in terms of emotional response to attempting a (re)construction of your first ever memory, or guessing the furnishings of our old age.
